How to force web links from applications to open in Chrome in Windows 10 after updating it?

After updating Windows, web links from programs stopped opening. I set the default program instead of chrome to any other browser from the installed ones and everything opens fine, but I return chrome and again stupid.

Updating chrome to the latest version, at least manually in the registry you can install the necessary program for the url
