How to force to show the address and not the name in the To/From fields?

cut the task of splitting the giant pst archive (created by autoarchiving) into accounts.
there is a division into incoming / sent and other folders, but everything is in one heap of 10+ accounts,

I can add fields to / from in the "views" to try to understand where whose, but it does not save - because there are names and not normal e-mail addresses
aggravated by the fact that secrets have changed over the years and there is generally a mess, the same address randomly corresponds to different names

Is there an option to force the address to be shown and not the name?
