How to force the launch of VBS Script from under autoload?

Good afternoon!
To begin with, I will describe what needs to be done:
There is a vbs script (in order for the bat-nick to start in the background process) and the bat-nick itself.
The goal in the Task Scheduler is to set a task so that when the computer is turned on from any user, the vbs script is automatically activated. Well, or he used a bat-nickname, but in the background without user confirmation.
What I tried to do: I added a file to the VBS Scheduler, no result (the process does not hang in the task manager.) I also added the bat-nick itself to the scheduler. A black window appears on the screen for 1 second and disappears. (here the same process does not hang in the task manager)
Please help me solve this problem.

wscript /?

Here is where the answers to the question lie. By selecting a program (1 of 2) and arguments, a working version is found.
