How to force Skype to resync local history?
The old computer crashed. Bought a new one. The history has been saved locally. Installed skype, transferred history, pointed the way to history. And the history is not pulled up when turned on. Here's the trouble I
use the path to the history - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\" /secondary /datapath:"C:\DATA\Skype history"
Update:
It is curious that after transferring everything to the %appdata%\Skype folder - history earned normally. Apparently, in the latest versions of Skype, the /datapath command works crookedly
. Either the second version is due to the fact that this command does not work on Windows 10 or something else needs to be done to make it work.
/secondary - doesn't work either. I ran it once as administrator and it worked. After that, I launched it, also from the administrator - nifiga.

I just back up the skype folder (the one in %appdata%) and install the new one on top.
