How to force opencart to accept jpg from 1s?

the client has all the pictures in 1s in a jeep, opencart understands only png, as the developers of the 1s integration plugin with the engine said, so they also write in the specification.
How can this problem be solved? I see one solution with a converter to overtake images in png and then execute a request in the 1s database to change *.jpg to *.png - or is it not possible? Is there any other solution? Can software

Looks like crap. OpenCart cannot understand only png. For example, my synchronization with "My Warehouse" works in general with any image formats. I think it's worth contacting the plugin developers
