How to fix "Maximum execution time exceeded" error?

I installed OpenStore and ran into this problem, I can't find a solution anywhere
"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in E:\OpenServer\domains\localhost\system\library\db\mysqli.php on line 18"

Your script runs for more than 60 seconds. As I understand it, in the php.ini settings, you can increase this time. but most likely something is wrong in your code

This should not be. Download another distribution, OCstore for example....
And create a new base for this installation...
