How to force Google to re-crawl the page?

I have pages on the site that have changed their address for half a year, but Google still remembers them. I have already set up a 301 redirect, added new addresses to the sitemap.xml of the site, closed the old addresses for indexing in robots.txt. Yandex.Webmaster has a "forced page re-crawl", what can be done in Google?

Search Console has a Crawl → Browse as Googlebot section.
Add a URL, click crawl/get and display, after which the submit button for indexing will appear.
