How to force Eclipse to update?

Greetings!
I update Eclipse Neon 3 to Oxygen, I prescribe in the "Available Software Sites" the corresponding url of the new version:
" download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen ", while deleting everything from Neon.
The update is going well, after the restart I see a new Oxygen,
but addresses from Neon appear again in the Available Software lists and, accordingly, when updated, it will again be downgraded to Neon. How all the same to force it to be updated correctly, without a full installation?
