How to add an existing file to a project in Eclipse?

There are C++ and H files in the same directory. I create a project in another directory. The files in the first directory must be part of the new project. I'm trying to add these files to a new project in Eclipse... it doesn't work... Is it possible?

You need to put them in the project folder. This is the Eclipse device. You can use symlinks.
