How to force Chrome to load a page in an inactive tab?

If you type the address, press enter and go to another tab, Chrome starts endless loading of the page in the tab that has become inactive. The preloader on it can spin indefinitely, but the download will actually start only if you go into it again. At the same time, at any time, exiting the tab immediately stops the download. It's a pity that you can't swear on the Toaster...
HOW to make the page fully loaded in an inactive tab? And yes, loading all the tabs when you start Chrome is not needed. I just need to download where I want.
It's a shame that it was all set up, but I updated Chrome and everything flew. And how to set it up, for the life of me, I don’t remember and I didn’t find anything suitable.

There is no such thing, I often open tabs with the wheel, which means I don’t visit the tab at all until it is completely immersed. Most likely there is some js slowdown in inactive tabs, but they still continue to work, so clean up your chrome.

I had the same thing, cleared the cache and history, plus deactivated the extension: Image Cropper
Try disabling your extensions, maybe one of them interferes with page loading in inactive tabs.

I, too, was fine with this until I reinstalled Chrome ... And I reinstalled it, by the way, after the Amigo browser climbed up to me and modified everything that was possible. That's probably where the reason is. Because at work, Chrome also behaves normally, but at home it doesn’t load into any inactive tabs. By the way, what version of Chrome do you have? I have 65.
