How to force change macbook pro 13 input device?

Cotones, I have a very non-trivial question for you. In the absence of electronic, I often play an acoustic guitar with a garageband as a combo, the sound, of course, is not a fountain, but it is not the point. So, quite recently I bought new headphones with a built-in microphone, and literally today, sitting down to play, I fell asleep in a hole. Here are snapshots of Apple's crime against humanity: e29529ec374f4529a4be527a7030b126.png93d2bedda15b41b1a4d332d1af12291c.pngThe bottom line is that the laptop, when you connect headphones, automatically selects them as the default system output device, which is normal, but also makes them the only input device, which is fucked up. The quality of this microphone is slightly below "no".
Actually the question is: how to choose the default microphone when the headphones are connected, leaving them as an output device? (I assume that there is a way out through dancing with the terminal, please red-eyed: please describe the solution in more detail to the noob, ATP)

Look in the Utilities folder for the Audio MIDI Setup application. That's where you need to tinker :)
