How to force a Telegram bot to send messages to another bot?

Hello everyone, such a problem: you need to force your bot to send commands / messages through buttons to another bot in a telegram. I did not notice such a possibility in the Bot API.

No way.
If the user writes to your bot, you can interact with the second bot via telethon
