How to force a file to be downloaded from the site automatically every 2 minutes?

I need to download an updated file from the site automatically every 2 minutes using a userscript. I saw many examples, but I only got one, with assigning a new link to the file to the button and then working out only when "open in a new tab". How can I solve this problem, it seems to be real, on many sites there is a download in 10 seconds, and it starts at least immediately after pressing the button and there is no need to manually go anywhere. Also, when searching in the browser, you can find sites where the file immediately downloads when you enter. How do I do what I want with just a userscript. If necessary, I can change the browser / ticks in it about security, etc.
Ps The file is created directly in the userscript every 2 minutes, as it contains data about the site.
