How to fly a helicopter with Galaxy S4?

There is a simple toy like "RC Helicopter". True, in fact, it is controlled via an infrared port, and the protocol seems to be known ( habrahabr.ru/post/189248 - here in the picture is exactly the same and apparently everything works).

I also have a Galaxy S4 with built-in infrared. Naturally, the idea arose to control the helicopter from the phone.
But a Google Play search turned up nothing, just endless apps to control TVs, air conditioners, etc. Can anyone suggest an app to control this thing? Or at least an application that gives control (protocol timings, which bytes to send) over the infrared port through the GUI?
