How to flash bios?

In general, the computer starts up, there is a picture of the BIOS, but it immediately reboots, I do not have time to enter the BIOS. I heard that you can flash the BIOS with a programmer, which one would you recommend? motherboard asus H81M-K rev. 1.01

Without special skills and a soldering station, you cannot do this. Better in service

change battery, disable conflicting hardware, boot from LiveCD and flash normally

It was possible before. The flash drive was taken out of the bath, put into the programmer, sewed. I once restored a BIOS that died during a freeze during an update.
This has been exotic for about twenty years - and now all flash drives are soldered, this is most likely in the service
