How to fix wrong parameter format: psexec?

I wanted to execute a file on a remote machine on the network, or rather connect it to a new KSC administration server.
I try to execute it from the command line and get the error
C:\distr\PSTools>chcp 866 psexec.exe -u here_my_domain\here_my_login -p here_my_password -s \\ buh c:\progra~2\kasper~1\networ~1\klmover.exe -address here_new_server_address
Invalid parameter format: psexec.exe

based on the experience of using psexec, I came up with a working version for myself:
1. write a script, put it on the ball
2. pull the script with psexec
