Good day, I decided to deploy a local one on my PC. The host is made on IIS PHP+SQL. I’ve been fiddling around for 2 days now, I can’t find what the problem is, when viewing the site locally, the theme looks correct, but there is a problem that I can’t upload files and the photo gives a transport error,
and if I go from outside, it doesn’t display anything other than this
