How to fix white screen after migrating site to OpenServer?

After transferring the site to a local server, when opening the site, a white screen.
The admin panel does not open.

The most correct solution would be to look into the error log first.
And so, the most common solutions:
- cleaning the Joomla cache;
- change PHP version;
- disable modules.

Did you transfer Akeeba?
If not, install the component https://www.akeeba.com/download.html for your version of Joomla. In the akeeba settings, set the zip archive format, create a backup, transfer the archive to the server, unpack and use the human installation, at the last step you need to check the redefinition of the log, tmp paths and check the htaccess setting
If after installing the backup from akeeba there is also a white screen, check the version php if you just have shared hosting.
If the server, then also check the php modules, the rights to the folders, the correctness of the paths.
