How to fix - when you go to a new page, the location remains of the old page?

Angular

Project in angular2.
Transition between components.
On page 2, tabs A and B.
Page A immediately opens. Then I'll scroll it down.
When you navigate to the new page B, the location remains of the old page (A)!
That is, a new page ( B ) is displayed not from the very top.
How to fix it ?! And why so?
