After transferring the site from one site to another, there were problems with performance due to the version of php.
In the next branch, they already helped me with fixing the code and the site began to load, but visual problems remained:
1) the slider in the page header now stretches spontaneously vertically
2) all blocks on the pages are displayed on a gray background as if they were selected with a mouse.
