How to fix "Unable to sign in to account" on virtual desktops?

Greetings!

There are 2 physical servers (SRV01 and SRV02) on Windows Server 2019 (1809, 17763.1577)
Hyper-V service installed on SRV01, it has a virtual machine with AD
On SRV02 RDS based on virtual desktop sessions, Hyper-V
Install all features and roles was performed under one admin user, which is a member of all admin groups

There was a problem with virtual desktops. I created a regular virtual machine, installed a clean Windows 10 Pro x64 20H2, after the first steps, I immediately registered sysrep (/oobe /generalize /shutdown /mode:vm) at the first login, the virtual machine turned off safely.
Created a collection of 2 hosts, specified a division in AD, specified the source image, installed without errors
I connect through a file with /rdweb, log in under the same administrator, and after logging in I get "Failed to log in to my account", and a temporary profile is created, which is naturally cleared after leaving the machine.
In the logs, there is an error User Profile service with ID 1515 and 1511.
I tried to log in directly to the virtual machine from the pool, logs in with the "Hi" screen - according to this scenario, everything is fine, there are no profile errors.

Help identify the problem

If there is not enough information - let me know, I'll add it.

Thanks in advance.
