How to fix this error in Atom?

Hello! I can’t defeat Atom, or rather deal with some pip.
For some reason, as soon as I throw the folder with files into Atom, it gives the following error:
python -m pip install 'python-language-server[all]'
python -m pip install git+ https://github.com/tomv564/pyls -mypy.git

Who faced, help win pliz.

I installed in the terminal, the installation was successful. rebooted the computer, but it still appears. And I will not find it in the extensions in the atom.
