Hello.
I have different times everywhere.
Time in putty through date shows one time.
File modification time shows different.
Where should the time be changed? In putty via date MMDDhhmmCCYY.ss or something else???

/etc/localtime should be a link to the correct timezone
and install and run ntpd. In most cases, it is enough
