How to fix the problem when loading the site page?

I specifically recorded a video for 1.5 minutes.

In it I show that sometimes the pages of the site do not load, and I get the error
net::ERR_INVALID_CHUNKED_ENCODING
pressing ctrl+f5 sometimes helps, but again not always.
All this happens in the chrome browser.
This does not happen in other browsers.

Follow These Steps
1) First go to control panel > internet options > Connections > LAN Settings.
2) Then Deselect Use Proxy For Your LAN
