How to fix the problem - Octopi is not updated through a proxy (local PC)?
By the local machine the Internet works through a proxy. I wrote everything in the settings. It seems that the Browser is working, but octopi v. 0.8.0-3 (I want to install programs) I can't connect!
I ask to help where to dig?!

Try setting an environment variable (of course, find your data and substitute):
If everything works - write somewhere in ~/.bashrc
