How to fix the error when installing the quickstart version?

Good afternoon. I can not install any quickstart version, the same error always crashes.

Installed both 2.5 and 3.3 - still one error, or 2.5 is installed but sees nothing but standard components.
What could be the reason? Hosting options are ok.
