How to fix the error: The frontend does not match Zabbix database?

Hello!
Dear Zabbix gurus, please tell me. Installing zabbix on Centos7. At the time of configuring Zabbix Frontend, at the 3rd step it issues The frontend does not match Zabbix database.
Tried 2 times to put on different instructions - the same result.
God loves trinity? : D
So: tell me please, what, besides reinstallation, needs to be done to solve this problem? (A working way hasn't been Googled yet. People ask the same questions, but the solutions aren't always clear or don't work)

Have you enabled the official zabbix repository for yum?
Install from rpm packages and go through the installation wizard.

Such an error occurs when, when installing a new server, an already existing database is indicated (with some data, not empty).
I would try to clear the base and make it empty.
