How to fix the error shown in the screenshot?

Good day. When loading the project in PHPStorm, the problem that is shown on the screenshot crashes. It started after the next Composer update of the project files. The project is developed in PHP using Yii2 and the OpenServer build. I can not find how to increase the values ​​​​of these parameters. Thank you all in advance.
