How to fix the error appearing when running the project on a real device in VS code: FAILURE: Build failed with an exception?

It is not possible to run the project in VS code on a real device, it gives an error: FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
I start the initial project on Flutter, the developer mode on the device is enabled.

Also, if you enter the >flutter doctor command in the terminal, you will see that some plugins are not installed.
What are these plugins, can this be the cause of the error?
