How to fix the error after installing the root certificate?

Good afternoon. After installing the root certificate on the server (Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.73-2+deb7u2 x86_64) when checking

openssl s_client -connect securepayments.sberbank.ru:443 -CAfile /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

An error comes out:

Verify return code: 20 (unable to get local issuer certificate)

At what on the next server everything is OK. What could be the problem?

The system does not know anything about the person who issued the certificate. You need to add a root certificate to the system.
