Which devices have the Linux kernel?

Good afternoon. They say that Android is also Linux.
1. To what extent is this true? Does the android OS use the same kernel that is on kernel.org the same as, for example, in Debian? Or does Google have its own version of the kernel?
2. They say that routers also have Linux. What exactly is Linux?
3. They also say that some routers on netbsd. How far is netbsd from Linux in terms of api and internals? Will knowledge of Linux for netbsd come in handy for me?

1. In full :)
2. Core - all the same, strapping - well ... the most diverse. But if you get into the console - all the main commands will work :)
3. By API - quite similar. Internally, they are relatively similar. General knowledge of UNIX will be useful, specific distribution-oriented things like how to install a package or about systemd will not be useful, NetBSD (and BSD in general) is a conservative distribution.
