How to fix the creation of backups in Bitrix?
Good afternoon. On one of the fine days, Bitrix backup stopped being made - more precisely, only sql-www.site.ru_20180309_051402_full_c8dd87.sql backup is made.
Problem number 2 - I can not log into the admin panel. Just refresh the login page. Updated, reset the cache, went under different ip - does not go. How to fix both?

Most likely the regular backup settings have been edited. Check the settings and start method.
What does he write? Are you sure that he should have access? Is this user with ID:1 or something else? Have you tried logging in as admin (user ID:1)
