How to fix terminal after zsh?

I installed zsh according to the instructions

after a reboot, the terminal does not respond to enter and does not accept commands.
How can I fix it?

< Ctrl >-< Alt >-< F1 >- enter text mode,
look for your login and change zsh to bash!
Well, then you figure out what didn’t work ... and definitely didn’t work?
