Processor i7-3930K PCI2.0, mother asus p9x79 le PCI3.0. OS Ubuntu Server 18 + Desktop on SSD SATA stand.
I start to load the GTX 1070 GPU with calculations and everything starts to slow down, why is that? The page in the browser is loaded in jerks, it is printed in jerks. As if everything is calculated sequentially on the GPU. It turns out that when calculating the GPU, do not touch or put the card separately purely under the monitor?
