How to fix SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG?

Help me overcome the SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG error. It doesn't show up all the time, but once in a while.
The site is spinning in Kubernetes, the certificate was installed through cert-manager.

The problem is that unencrypted traffic from port 80 goes to port 443. Or vice versa, encrypted traffic from port 443 goes to port 80.
Maybe due to incorrect web server settings, for example, configured SSL on port 80 instead of the usual one.
Or on the router, incoming client data is forcibly redirected from port 443 to port 80 of the web server.
