How to fix soap fonts in browsers on mac os?

Googled a little, a little sick from this article and others like it:
macdaily.me/howto/font-smoothing-in-mac-os-x

for the first time sitting at a Mac, you immediately catch yourself thinking: “Damn! What fucking fonts are here!” Going back to Windows, you realize that Microsoft has something wrong with fonts.

The following describes how to adjust anti-aliasing through the terminal using commands. I sat down at a poppy for the first time and was extremely surprised how bad everything is with fonts - on sites in all browsers they are soapy, and oddly enough there is no normal user-friendly anti-aliasing setting, you have to go to Google, and then the terminal ... And there is not much difference from this command:
defaults -currentHost write -globalDomain AppleFontSmoothing -integer X

(where X is an integer between 0 and 3)
What else can you try? MacOS is running on a virtual machine, version 10.11.6. We are talking about not only interface fonts, but also those that the browser renders on the page.

On the contrary, I do not feel such a problem. both on retina (at the minimum scale), and on normal and hi-res.
I agree that anti-aliasing is great, but the difference between browsers is obvious
chrome vs. safari density difference as described by the speaker above)
