Hello. I ran into such a problem, I have to use AE 2020 (I tried versions 17.1.2-17.5.1) and in them, for some reason, Tracker Motion began to work very slowly. Interestingly, in version 2018 (15.0.1), the tracker calculates (default settings) in real time almost - several times faster than in new versions. I contacted Adobe support and within an hour and a half we cleared the cache wherever possible, reset settings, effects, etc. to the default mode, the result is the same - 2018 is fast, 2020 is slow.
