How to fix slide position?

If I select for example 3 and press next , I should get it like this:

That is, 3 remained in place, and all the following slides, as it were, "passed through "this slide. In other words, 3 changes places with each next slide.

The behavior is strange, I have never seen such a thing, let alone decide, even see it in action. Maybe someone has solved this kind of problems. If there is a slider on which it is easier to implement this, or if there is one out of the box, then it will be great.
