How to fix site synchronization from 1s after switching to https?

After the site was switched to https, synchronization with 1s stopped working.
I tried to make an exception in the htaccess of the site so that the address at which 1c accesses the site works using the old http protocol - it did not help.
I tried to do it like here - https://www.cs-cart.ru/docs/4.4.x/user_guide/addon... - didn't help - still doesn't work.
Help me please, where to dig further at least.
