How to fix shift in three key combinations in linux?

In Yandex browser Ctrl+Shift+T is to open the last closed tab.
But when I press this combination, a stupid new tab opens, as if I pressed Ctrl + T without shift.
How to cure?

1. Search and install a patch
2. Change the layout change combination
