How to fix running a domain script on behalf of a user?

After some update or just some time ago, network drives stopped being mounted for users with admin rights on the local computer. Mounted by different group policies for departments where users work. The policy is written in the editor along the path: Policy (group) -> User Configuration -> Windows Configuration -> Scenarios (login/logout to WIndows) -> Login. The path to launch the script that mounts network drives is specified. At an input of users the script fulfills, but disks do not appear. I put pause in the script and checked. Then I put start cmd.exe and cmd appeared. I looked, and he has the inscription Administrator: cmd.exe. That is, the login/logout script script is executed with elevated privileges (Administrator), and network drives are mounted there, but the user does not have them.

Alternatively, a card-reader starts working under the admin, the drive letter is occupied by one of the flash drives, you can see it in the disk manager.
If the script only connects disks, without any other logic, then, starting with Windows 2003 SP2, it has become fashionable to use GPP , disks can be connected like this .
