I already tried to demolish the open server and reinstall it, but this did not solve the redirect problem.

The problem is not in the open server, but in the site.
Do you want to transfer the site from the server to the local area?
1) If yes, then after filling in the database, open wp_options, find there 2 lines with site URLs and change them to the locale URL.
2) remove htaccess
3) rename the folder with plugins (to avoid plugin conflicts)
4) after you go to the admin panel, install better search replace, enter the address of the old and new sites and update all data in the database, including guid too.
