How to fix problems with exchange 2013 accounts?
Some users are unable to set up mail on their phone. At the same time, everything is OK with other accounts on the same phone.
I checked the account settings in EXCHANGE - everything is the same.
There is no particular curse. All certificates are registered.
There is only one difference. When setting up a "normal" account - a warning is issued that "this record is controlled remotely and blabla."
When setting up a "curve" account - there is no such message.
What to do? Where to look?
