When installing Drupal, I encountered the following problem:

How can I fix this? Version PHP 7, MySql looked in phpmyadmin - 5.1.73-cll-lve. Maybe the version of mysql is very old, and how can I update it?

Where did you install it, localhost or hosting?
If for hosting - write to the hoster that you need a more recent version of mysql. If the hoster refuses, change the hoster.
If local, how is the system configured? Clean installation of MySql or all in one bottle at once (for example, Denver).
