How to fix printing in the print server?
Good afternoon. Problem essence: In the Network the server on win server 2012 r2, on it the print server is unrolled. 3 printers have been added to the print server. When one of the printers runs out of paper and after adding it to the tray, the printer writes to users that there is no paper in the printer. Only restart of the client PC helps. How can this be corrected?

It's a little unclear what has to do with restarting the client PC and the print server. If you have a print server configured and the printer is connected correctly from it, then all printing should be processed by the "Print Manager" on the server, and not on the client PC. Following. try restarting the "Print Manager" service on the win.server and check if the problem goes away. If not, then most likely you added the printer locally on the PC (i.e., you registered the printer's IP address, and did not add it over the network), so all printing is processed by the local PC service and here you need to dig logs on the PC. In general, look at what the logs on the Server write.
