How to fix popup windows in CKeditor?

The popup menu is fixed. When scrolling the page, drop-down menus and pop-ups also shift...
How to overcome? rummaged through configs and properties, did not find.

If the menu is nested in a button, then absolute positioning is relative to the relative parent, if not nested, look at the click offset
