How to fix pip 8.1+ in conda virtual environment in win7?

After upgrading from 8.0+ to 8.1+ in conda env, pip hangs the Windows console tightly on any call. What could be the problem? Everything works fine under Linux. In Windows itself, without activating virtual environments, there are no problems either.

Forgot to answer. Disable Avast (probably any other antivirus) for the runtime and everything works.
