There is a server, version php 5.5. There is ModX Revo 2.4.3. I changed the php version to 7.0 for testing, returned it back. After that, the following changes took place: In the admin panel, when clicking on the menu items, it does not drop out, only when clicking on the triangle; when you click on a certain element (for example, the initial template), the window does not open, only when you right-click on the element -> edit. I noticed that in the section "Notifications -> Reports -> System Information" there is no information about PHP, although it used to be. What could be the problem, and how to solve it?

Try overwriting the Modx files with the original ones and running /setup/. You can immediately update to version 2.5.
