How to fix password recovery problem on wordpress/woocommece site?

I am developing a site on wordpress / woocommerce. Now at the stage of adding the ability to log in and register on the site. Everything works well, except for the password recovery function.

The problem is that the temporary key and user ID will be transferred to the url (the link is generated in the letter: 1 screen). After clicking on the link from the letter to the page, the key and ID are replaced with show-reset-form=true&action (screen 2). There is nothing in the $args array, I looked.

So again, what's the problem? I can't get the temporary key and user id that are sent in the email. After the transition, they disappear somewhere.
