How to fix overheating?

Hello! Tell me please, I bought a computer yesterday (In the store, along with the assembly, the price is 112,000 rubles (Moscow))
Problems:
1) During tests, the video card overheats, it starts to hold 82 degrees (maximum)
2) During the AIDA test, the processor after 1 minute is about 93 Holds -96 degrees, after 10~ minutes it starts throttling (6-10%)
Questions:
1) As I understand it, the problem is in a small body that hardly breathes (it gets hot), right?
2) There is also nowhere for the video card to remove heat (the glass is almost point-blank), since the case is small and the glass in front of it gets very hot.
3) Is the power supply normal? (It seems to me that despite 800 watts, its price for such iron leaves much to be desired)
4) How can this whole situation be corrected?

Thank you all for your attention to my question! Everything was decided amicably and replaced for free:
1) The case (masterbox mb520 - I chose it myself, so that it would be bigger and better cooling, albeit cheaper and not so beautiful, the rest that were in the presence of Christmas trees without airflow)
2) Video card (asus rtx 2070 super dual)
3) CPU cooling system (noctua nh-d15)
Another power supply was also obtained:
1) Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming XP1200M (I hope it's better than what it was)
As a result:
1) Aida test, maximum after 10 minutes - 80 degrees maximum. (In heavy games 50-60, simple - 30-35)
2) The video card now takes a maximum of 72 degrees (And then the fan apparently turns on and cuts off)
Question:
I always get 4.7 processor frequency, as far as I read, you need to lower the voltage on the processor.
1) Is it necessary to do this if everything is fine anyway?
2) How much voltage should be set?
3) Only the mother remains bad in the assembly?
